6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

All tax strategies and advice provided are based on current tax law and regulations. Changes in law may affect the viability or benefits of strategies previously recommended.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, strategies, methodologies, and documents created by Tailored Tax Solutions remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their personal or business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our proprietary methods without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice, subject to the terms of the engagement agreement. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of fees for services rendered
• We will return client documents and work product as appropriate
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• We may retain copies of documents for our records as required by professional standards

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where our principal office is located.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailored Tax Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your failure to provide accurate information, (b) your failure to implement recommendations as advised, (c) your violation of tax laws or regulations, or (d) your unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
